Hello parents,
My name is Carmela, originally from Peru. I worked in childcare centres and kindergartens all over Melbourne for more than a decade. My dedication to work with children with autism started at the Royal Children’s Hospital where I saw autistic children who needed 1-1 interaction due to their challenging behaviours. I am still a family support employee helping children with medically complex needs some days and other days, I am an ABA therapist, and I am available to work.
